I'm a self-proclaimed foodie, who loves to cook and bake, but mostly EAT. I'm convinced that good food and food that's good for you can be one and the same. There are about a million and one diets out there right now, but I don't ascribe to any certain one. When it comes to food, my philosphy is "everything in moderation, even moderation."
